Refurbished Units

Refurbished units are previously used or display units that have undergone thorough quality inspection and restoration to meet vivo's standards. This also includes units returned within 15 days of purchase that have been processed and quality-checked before being made available for resale.

Warranty

All Refurbished units are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase as indicated on the official sales receipt.In the absence of a valid receipt, the warranty period will be determined based on the unit's activation date or production date, whichever is applicable.

Terms and Conditions

• Refurbished units are not eligible for return or exchange after purchase.
• By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of the product condition and warranty terms as presented.
• vivo Philippines reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility based on the unit's documented history and condition at the time of assessment.
