1. How to order?
Shopping online with vivo is easy and secured by following these simple steps:
1) Choose any product you want to purchase
2) Click ADD TO CART button and check if the item you're purchasing is correct.
3) Click CHECKOUT button to proceed to shipping and payment.
2. What are the payment methods?
We accept Cash on Delivery for orders under P30,000.
We also have installment payments by TendoPay and Billease.
You may also purchase directly in our GLife store by going to your GCash app.
For credit card payments, it is not yet available and we are working on this.
3. How to apply for installment?
You may now order our vivo products on installments!

Step 2: Once you reach Payment section in Checkout page, please Select Installments by TendoPay.
Step 3: You will be redirected to Tendopay's page to complete your purchase securely.
Note: If you're a first time user of TendoPay, you will have to register first and wait for their approval within a few minutes up to 24 hours. Once your registration has been approved, then you may complete your purchase in TendoPay.

4. How much is Shipping fee?
Shipping fee is P80 for orders worth P9,999 and below nationwide. Orders above P10,000 have Free Shipping.
5. How long will the delivery take?
vivo makes every possible effort to deliver within 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and 3-5 business days for outside Metro Manila orders. However, due to the community quarantine, our delivery operations is challenged by road closures and restrictions. Rest assured, we endeavor to deliver our products to you within 3-5 business days for Metro Manila and 5-10 business days for outside Metro Manila orders.
6. How to track my order?
Your tracking details and instructions will be sent through email or text.
7. How to cancel order?
Please message us directly in our customer chat, text and email to cancel your order immediately or within 24 hours. If your order has been shipped out already, you may reject upon arrival of your item and it will be returned to us.
For paid orders, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Is this legit? Original? Brand new?
This is the official vivo Flagship E-store, rest assured that we sell 100% authentic brand new vivo products.

11. Is there warranty? Even without official receipt?
We got you covered vivo fam! We have 1 year warranty to all our phones. Keep your waybill (white sticker with barcode) and order details as a proof of purchase and all vivo phones have their e-warranty cards thru the Support tab in the vivo.com app, aside from that there's also a warranty documentation inside the box. You may reach out to any of our service centers to claim your warranty.
